Postage and Packing
Orders are packed and shipped from Wales in the United Kingdom within 5-7 business days unless otherwise stated. Made to order items will take 5-10 business days. Delivery times vary depending on location and postal services and cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Responsibility
Once your order has been shipped and accepted by the postal carrier, the seller is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage that may occur during transit. If an issue arises, please contact the shipping provider to open an investigation.
Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders sent to incorrect addresses cannot be refunded or replaced.
If a package is returned to the sender, additional postage will be required to resend it.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so I can review the issue.
Refunds and Returns
Due to the nature of printed products, refunds or returns are not accepted for change of mind.
Refunds or replacements may be considered in cases of significant damage or incorrect items.
